  • Brandzco accepts exchanges within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
  • Approved returns can be exchanged for another product of the same value or upgraded to a higher-value product by paying the price difference.
  • Store credit may also be provided for eligible returns and can be used for future purchases on Brandzco.
  • Cash refunds are generally not provided and will only be considered after management review.
  • Warranty claims are accepted during the valid warranty period and are subject to inspection by our technical team.
  • Products covered under warranty may be repaired or replaced depending on the issue and warranty terms.
  • Upgrade requests for used products may be accepted based on product condition and usage period, with a deduction applied from the original purchase value.
  • Colombo delivery: 2–5 working days
